Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and payment is completed. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
* International Shipping: Delivery times usually take between 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination country. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Hiistore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at hola@hiistore.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
